3. Payment Terms

• All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned.
• Fees may vary as per service and government charges.
• Work begins only after payment is received.
• Any delay in document submission from the client’s side may delay service delivery.
  

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate and complete information/documents
• Cooperate in the completion of services
• Use services for lawful purposes only
  
• Not misuse brand content or materials for resale or unauthorized reproduction
  

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All client data is stored securely and used only for completing agreed services. We do not sell or misuse your personal or business data.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, brand names, documents, designs, and content on this site are the property of Business Starter®. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to deliver services correctly and on time. However, we are not liable for:

• Government delays or rejections
• Client-side delays or miscommunication
• External system downtimes (government portals, server issues, etc.)
  

Our liability is limited only to the value of services paid for.

8. Changes to Terms

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes, clients are encouraged to first reach out to our Grievance Officer.
Legal jurisdiction for all matters will lie within Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
