Refund Policy
1. No Refund Once Work is Initiated
All payments made to Business Starter® are non-refundable, including but not limited to consultancy fees, government charges, processing charges, and platform service fees.
Once a service request is placed and the documentation or process has begun, no refund shall be entertained under any circumstances, regardless of the outcome or change in client decision.
2. No Refund for Client Delay or Inaction
In cases where the client:
- Fails to submit required documents
- Delays response beyond a reasonable period
- Provides incorrect or incomplete information
- Abandons communication midway
No refund shall be processed, and the work will be kept on hold or marked as closed due to client non-cooperation.
3. Government Rejections or Portal Delays
Government approvals, portal availability, and system updates are beyond the control of Business Starter®. Any rejections, delays, or time extensions due to government procedures do not qualify for refunds.
4. Change of Mind or Duplicate Payments
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after placing an order
- Duplicate or accidental payments (unless officially verified by our accounts team and claimed within 48 hours of transaction)
5. Refund Eligibility – Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only under the following rare circumstances:
- Service not delivered at all due to internal error or operational failure (confirmed by management)
- Payment received, but the service is not initiated within 7 working days (excluding public holidays), and no documentation has been collected
Any such request must be submitted in writing to help@businessstarter.in with full details and proof of payment. Approval is subject to internal audit and management discretion.
6. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- It shall be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method
- Applicable gateway or processing fees may be deducted
- Refunds will only be made to the original payer’s account after proper verification
7. Dispute & Jurisdiction
Any dispute regarding refund or cancellation shall be first addressed to the Grievance Officer. Legal jurisdiction shall lie within Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
